Gastronomy
We believe in local produce – this can be appreciated in everything from our bread to the vegetables we use the dishes in our on-site hotel restaurant. We offer a regional cuisine where the protagonists are local products, some of which are freshly brought from the local bakery, our own vegetable garden and regional producers. Our menu features renowned products such as the famous cheeses of Alt Urgell and, of course, a selection of wines, with particular emphasis on the Costers del Segre denomination of origin.
